COMPARATIVE ADJECTIVES – CÁC TÍNH TỪ SO SÁNH HƠN
Comparative adjectives are used lớn compare differences between the two objects (larger, smaller, faster or higher). (Tính từ so sánh hơn được dùng làm so sánh sự không giống nhau giữa hai đồ dùng (Lớn hơn, nhỏ tuổi hơn, cấp tốc hơn tốt cao hơn).

STRUCTURE (cấu trúc): Noun (subject) + verb + comparative adjective + than + noun (object).
EXAMPLES
I’m taller than him (Tôi cao hơn nữa anh ấy)My house is larger than hers. (Nhà tôi thì to hơn nhà của cô ấy ấy)This box is smaller than the one I lost. (Cái vỏ hộp này thì bé dại hơn loại mà tôi bị mất)Tien và Lan are both my friends, but I like Tien better. (“than Lan” is removed) (Tiến với Lan phần đa là bạn của tôi, tuy thế tôi say đắm Tiến hơn, ở đây “hơn Lan” có thể được lược quăng quật đi).
SUPERLATIVE ADJECTIVES – CÁC TÍNH TỪ SO SÁNH NHẤT
Superlative adjectives are used to lớn compare an object with others in a certain area ( can be: the tallest, the smallest, the fastest or the highest). (Các tính từ so sánh nhất được thực hiện để so sánh một trang bị so với đầy đủ vật khác trong và một phạm vi (có thể là: Cao nhất, nhỏ tuổi nhất, nhanh nhất có thể hoặc cao nhất).

EXAMPLES
I’m the tallest one in my class (Tôi thì tối đa lớp)My house is the largest one in town. (Nhà tôi to tốt nhất thị trấn)Landmark 81 is the tallest building in nước ta (Lanmark 81 là toàn nhà cao nhất VN).There are 10 men in our department và I’m the most handsome (“of 10 men” removed) (Có mười nam giới trong phần tử của shop chúng tôi và tôi rất đẹp trai nhất)
FORMING COMPARATIVE và SUPERLATIVE ADJECTIVES (CÁCH HÌNH THÀNH TÍNH TỪ SO SÁNH HƠN VÀ SO SÁNH NHẤT)
One syllable adjective (Tính từ một âm tiết)
Add -er for the comparative & -est for the superlative. If the adjective has a consonant + single vowel + consonant, the final consonant must be doubled before adding the ending. (Thêm -er trong so sánh hơn và -est trong đối chiếu nhất. Nếu như tính từ bao hàm phụ âm+nguyên âm+phụ âm thì phụ âm cuối nên nhân đôi trước lúc thêm hậu tố -er/-est)

Two syllables adjective (Tính từ nhị âm tiết)
In comparative, adjectives with two syllables can khung the comparative either by adding -er or add “more” in front of the adjectives. In superlative, either by adding -est or địa chỉ “most” in front of the adjectives. For adjectives ending in “y”, change the “y” to an “i” before adding the ending. (Trong đối chiếu hơn, những tính từ nhị âm tiết hoàn toàn có thể hình thành bằng phương pháp thêm -er hoặc thêm “more” vào trước tính từ. Trong so sánh nhất, rất có thể thêm -est hoặc thêm “most” vào trước tính từ. đông đảo tính từ tất cả nguyên âm “y” cuối, thay đổi “y” thành “i” trước lúc thêm -er/-est).

Three or more syllables adjective (Tính từ ba, bốn… âm tiết)
Adjectives with three or more syllables khung the comparative by putting more in front of the adjective, và the superlative by putting most in front. (Đối với những tính từ cha âm máu trở đề xuất trong đối chiếu hơn ta thêm “more” vào trước tính từ. Trong so sánh nhất, thêm “most” vào trước tính từ).

Special adjectives
